I Would Like to Know if There is a Problem with the Phone Line

I would like to reach facebook and I seem to be having a problem. I need to ask their support staff some questions and I can see a number that they have provided. Unfortunately the facebook phone line seems to be having a problem. The numbers goes through then before I get to talk to someone from facebook, the line disconnects. I would like to know if it the line that has a problem or of it someone from the other end who keeps hanging it up. This is not the first time this is happening to me, I tried to call yesterday and I was having the same problem. If it is faulty then facebook needs to know that users would like to get in touch with them and that they should hurry up in repairing the lines. If it is someone who keeps hanging it up, facebook should also know that they have someone in their business who is trying to put them out of business because being hang up on is not a very good feeling and might lead to customers taking off facebook.

My friend is a really big fan of Michael Jackson in fact that’s a lie, she is obsessed with him. She organises events about him and runs a fan club on Facebook for him. Since he died she has had so many people join her Facebook group that she had to open another one as she had such a large response. She contacted Facebook Groups Help to see what she could do about raising the amount of people that could join her fan club Facebook Group, they never got back to her! She decided to make up another one but she has kept a connection between the two for the fans to swap information and pictures and also communicate with one another. I feel that when someone takes the time to organise such a large number of people, Facebook should be grateful to her as she has members all over the world on her group and it seems that they are not interested the way they run things by not getting back to her! She at least looks after some of their members and had no response from them, which I think is really rude of them!
