I think my grandma needs to update the guest bathroom in her house, because she has an ugly orange shower curtain in there. It was probably bought in the eighties or maybe even the late seventies, because that color was probably popular then. It certainly isn’t popular now, and it makes it hard to spend any quality time in there without feeling sick. It’s almost disorienting how bright and obnoxious the orange color looks. But I guess my grandma likes it, because it’s been like that for thirty years. Either that or she never goes in there and has long since forgotten what the decor looks like in there. I think we’ll bring over a more subdued color of shower curtain next time we visit, and we should probably repaint as well. I don’t think she’d stop us if we went ahead and remodeled the bathroom ourselves. It would sure save us some eye strain every time we visit.
